As a retired athlete I have had my fair share of exposure to training regimens before but what separates Gab is that she puts her personal touch into every training session. Similar to people not all wanting to be managed the same way, trainers can fall victim to giving everyone the one size fits all treatment. She has an understanding of my limits and when to push me harder. She also is not afraid to confess when a specific movement or exercise is particularly difficult and that trust ensures that there are no unnecessary injuries.

I never would’ve thought that I would be able to lift more than a 5lb dumbbell but I’ve invested time and after all the countless hours I’ve spent with Gab and all the blood sweat and tears, I can lift way more than that.
